Return
If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your item(s), you may return for a full refund of the merchandise value following these guidelines:

(a) if the products are faulty or misdescribed;

You are eligible for a refund if the item is in good condition, undamaged, with all components, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and items must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of the date your order is delivered/received.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@zenhalo.com.au and you must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be processed if the item does not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee of the final purchase amount applies, determined upon receiving your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
We offer a limited warranty for 12 months for up to one replacement in the event of manufacturer defects or if they are non-functional upon arrival. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or accidental damage. Our responsibility for defective products is restricted to repair or replacement. 

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
