We want to ensure you receive your orders promptly, no matter where you are. We ship to customers Australia wide daily, ensuring we provide top-notch service.

Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
We primarily use Australia Post for most deliveries within Australia.
The table below shows delivery timeframes for both metro and regional areas.

When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
If your order does not arrive within eight (8) business days, please contact us at the following email address support@zenhalo.com.au so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. If you accept "leave in a safe place" directly with our courier we will no longer take responsibility for the package. If you are not available to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. You are then responsible for collection of the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After handing your order to the courier, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with a 'Track Order' button. Simply click to follow live tracking updates on Australia Post website!
HELP, I THINK MY ORDER IS LOSE/HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED?
If your delivery takes longer, your tracking number might show a 'delayed' date."
If your item hasn't arrived in 10 business days, reach out to us at support@zenhalo.com.au for assistance we can launch as investigation.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 1 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 10000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please send the following information to the support@zenhalo.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the delivery:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
We will provide the return address. Upon receiving the product, our team will assess it and promptly resend a replacement free of charge.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 1 hour after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
